Font Licensing

1. Introduction

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mytype Studio (“Licensor”) for the use of the font software (“Font”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Font, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Font.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font as follows:

Desktop

  • 1 User
  • 2 Computers Installation
  • Unlimited Personal Projects
  • 5 Commercial projects
  • End Product For Sale (Product/Print Ads/Digital Impressions/Merchandise) : 10,000 Sales/Prints/Pcs

Web Font

  • 1 Website
  • Blog : Unlimited Usage
  • For licensee’s web app and website usage only
  • Embedding fonts using @font-face
  • Monthly Webpage Views : 100,000 Views

Digital

  • Monotized social media : YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & another social media.
  • E-book/Publishing
  • Unlimited for publications intended for Kindles, iPads or other PDF Readers

Apps

  • 1 App/Game
  • Unlimited App/Game download/sale
  • Unlimited App Views or Game Views

Logo

  • 1 User
  • 5 Computer Installation
  • 10 Commercial Project
  • Unlimited Personal Project
  • 1 Logo Usage/Logotype
  • Trademark Logo
  • 1 Websites
  • Monthly Webpage Views : 500,000 Views
  • End Product For Sale (Product/Print Ads/Digital Impressions/Merchandise) : 200,000 Sales/Prints/Pcs
  • Monetized Social Media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc) : Unlimited Usage

Extended

  • Up to 100 Users & Up to 100 Computer Installation
  • Logo Usage/Logotype
  • Unlimited Commercial & Personal Project Unlimited E-Pub titles Blog :
  • Unlimited Usage Unlimited Websites Embedding fonts using @font-face
  • Monthly Webpage Views : Unlimited Views
  • Broadcast
  • Monetized Social Media : (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) :

3. Restrictions

You may not :

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Font.
  • Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the Font to third parties.
  • Use the Font in any manner that exceeds the usage rights stated in this Agreement.

4. Ownership

The Font is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Font, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Font and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Font.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Font is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Font is with you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Font, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Font and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By installing and using the Font, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
